Our Services
Pre-Purchase Inspection
(For the Buyer)
Buying a new home is one of the most significant investments you will ever make.
Having specific details about a potential property is essential to ensuring that you have all the facts you need to make an educated and confident decision. Homes have become more complex, with multiple mechanical systems that each require specialized knowledge and expertise to accurately evaluate whether they are operating correctly and efficiently. Our inspections are detailed and focus on all accessible interior and exterior areas and mechanical systems of the residence.
We use the latest technology available such as thermal imaging and aerial drones to evaluate roof and chimney structures, just to name a few of the areas we evaluate.

Pre-Listing Inspection
(For the Seller)
Prior to listing your home for sale, a Pre-Listing Inspection will inform you of potential issues that may be uncovered in a Buyer’s inspection.
Having this information provides you with the opportunity to proactively address and repair these issues, potentially avoiding a loss of sale, delays in closing and/or reduction in selling price.
This inspection follows the same standards and procedures as a Pre-Purchase Inspection, providing you with a detailed inspection report, highlights of key concerns and recommendations for correcting issues found during the inspection.

Our Inspection Process Includes, and is Not Limited to, the Following:
Exterior Siding, Soffits and Trim
Driveway, Walkways and Patios
Site Grading and Drainage

Maintenance Inspection
Just as we see a doctor regularly to make sure we stay healthy, the same attention should be given to your home.
Maintenance inspections allow potential issues to be spotted before they become major problems and require extensive repairs.
We inspect all accessible interior and exterior areas of your home and property, including major systems such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing and siding.
We will provide you with a detailed report of our observations and suggestions regarding the areas that are in need of attention.

New Construction/Renovations Inspection
During the building of your new home or the renovation of your existing home, we suggest performing progress inspections to ensure that the required specifications and quality of workmanship are being adhered to.
We will inspect the project at each critical phase of construction to allow for changes and/or defects to be identified and addressed with your contractor prior to the finalization of each phase of the project.
Also available are.
• Progress Payment Inspections
• Bank Draw Inspections

Rental Inspection
If you’re planning on renting your home, you should have a well-documented record of your property’s condition prior to the beginning of the rental, to ensure the residence is returned in the same condition.
Our rental report will include a detailed description of the condition of each area of the residence along with a date stamped pictorial of all interior and exterior areas.
We will inspect and document that all municipal, fire and safety requirements are in place and in operational order, such as smoke, carbon monoxide and pool alarms to protect you from any potential claims.
A rental inspection and report provide you with an additional level of protection just in case the need arises.
