The typical inspection takes 2-1/2 to 4 hours and is usually done in a couple of different ways.  If you are pressed for time, I can start the inspection prior to your arrival and go over the property when you arrive, or what I encourage; we can both start at the beginning.  I think you will get more out the inspection if you can be there for the entire process and voice any concerns you have.
At the completion of the inspection, you will be given a detailed computer generated printed report along with a summary page, which we will go over.

The utilities should be turned on and all areas of the home are accessible.

A signed inspection agreement must be completed at the start of the inspection.
