Many professional home inspectors have backgrounds in the building trades and I am no exception. I have over 20 years of training and experience in heating, cooling, electrical, plumbing and carpentry. I also have 4 years of window testing experience, which included water spray testing for moisture intrusion. I have been conducting inspection work since 1999.
My formal inspection training comes from completion of the Building Inspection program at Inver Hills Community College.
